‘Mystery Shopper’ campaign
Helping a law firm to improve and harmonise customer care
Do you know how your staff are answering calls to existing clients, third parties and those all important new leads? Are they following your chosen protocol? Are they friendly and engaging or surly and disinterested?
What was the need?
You know the problem. Technology moves faster than we are able to keep up with it. That beautiful website you built three years ago has now become a beast. It was built as an online brochure, but now your competitors are using their websites to win new work.
What was the need?
We recently worked with an international law firm to help build connections for them, with the intention to get in front of new clients, and gain new business. We applied our STORY approach for this campaign and used various different techniques and methods of communication to create these connections. From clever data management and subtle use of digital comms, right through to the more personal touch of a phone call - we put our client in front of 10 new (carefully selected) prospects within three months.
Our client’s need
Our client, an ambitious and forward-thinking London law firm, wished to improve its online visibility.
Their broad objective was to create and build awareness of the firm brand to potential recruits by means of tailored online advertising. The specific objective was to drive targeted, relevant traffic to the firm website. Together our goal was to showcase the firm’s strengths to candidates who might otherwise have been unfamiliar with the firm’s overall offer and breadth of practice area expertise.
How we helped
We're delighted to be working with On The Agenda and talking about how to use Serious Games to get firms tackling diversity issues. Here's how Dr Lynn Roseberry used Mosaic® recently with the University of Bath - click the logo to read more.
