The need

Roxburgh Milkins is a niche commercial law firm which has built up an excellent reputation for advising on corporate transactions, commercial agreements and the protection and exploitation of intellectual property. The five partners are all experienced lawyers from leading law firms who have chosen a more entrepreneurial path and the opportunity to provide better legal services. This meant that they needed to engage outsourced experts to help with other areas and support them in their strategic growth plan.
