As you start to find your feet in a hybrid setting, understandably, your first focus is likely to be internal engagement around what this new way of working should look like.
Very few firms have extended this conversation to their clients. Now is the ideal time to ask clients and to stand out against others – do not waste it.
Perhaps focus on your most important clients first and work your way through your contacts.
