Anna has over 12 years’ experience of working in professional services, having held in-house marketing roles at Deloitte and BDO. She has worked on numerous multi-channel campaigns aimed at the public, private and third sectors.
Anna is passionate about improving client service and advises firms on developing and implementing client service strategies and embedding client service cultures. She has worked internationally having undertaken a three-month secondment to BDO India.
Anna is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer.
