Now we’ve covered the importance of engaging clients (and supporting colleagues) in new ways, let’s look at adapting our plans and strategies accordingly. 

Whether we loved them or loathed them, annual strategic reviews are now largely obsolete. Our approach should involve creating a live and adaptable plan that key people can regularly engage with; to endorse, challenge and reimagine. 

The next six to twelve months will continue to be a period of trial and experimentation. A hybrid work strategy is new to all of us. Making time to regularly review and adapt what is working (and what is not), while also maintaining fluent communication with clients and colleagues, is crucial for success.

Now is the time to demonstrate how flexible your firm truly is.
