McKinsey’s latest report showed how important closing the skills gap now is – 69% of respondents shared how their employers have been engaging in more skill building than they were pre-Covid. So, it seems the right time to go with the flow…

Have you ever had a high-priority piece of work come in that required “a very particular set of skills”? While we might not handle things as dramatically as Liam Neeson, we can learn to manage things more efficiently. 

By creating an armoury of resources built from existing expertise and investing in new skills, or bringing in others for discrete projects, you’ll be able to flexibly deploy and manage people and time to complete your missions. Sorry, projects.
