Last week, we looked at respecting clients’ time. Making the most of the precious time you do have with them is essential, and selective introductions to your best contacts is a great way to do this.

We recently made the decision to build a stronger team internally by recruiting Des Greene. Having led Marketing and Business Development at accountancy firm, Saffery Champness, he has now joined the BD Consultancy team to help firms improve their client appeal and relationships.
