This week, we are hearing about holidays, half-term childcare and the ongoing rumbling of the pandemic, along with the pressing need to deliver for existing clients.

But if you are in a world where future clients want you there for the long term and where regular, thoughtful contact is welcomed, then silence is anything but golden.
