Sarah has been working in business development for professional service organisations for over 20 years. During this time, she has collaborated with The Big 4 and Magic Circle law firms, as well as domestic and global legal networks. She understands the unique challenges firms face and is able to apply this knowledge to any organisation. Naturally curious, she enjoys delving deeply into her clients’ businesses. Previous experience includes working for PwC, Meritas Law, and Grant Thornton.

She has developed firm-wide and practice strategies, implemented global business development frameworks, senior leadership coaching, and associate development programmes.
