- Organised and hosted monthly BD meetings across the firm’s offices in London, Bath and Cardiff to encourage activity, build confidence and celebrate successes across the Partners and Associates.
- Provided training and mentoring sessions to team members ahead of specific events and meetings.
We created an overall business development strategy that promoted the firm. This resulted in the Partners gaining the confidence they required in order to hire a full-time, in-house Commercial Manager.
