Are you willing to sign NDAs?

Yes, we are more than happy to sign NDAs. We also include NDAs as part of our standard contractual terms and conditions and we are willing to sign NDAs when discussing proposals, if appropriate. We have our own template should you need it – contact us for more information

Who do you work with?

The clients we work with tend to be firms, organisations and suppliers within the professional services industry. Although we work with a lot of law and accountancy firms, we also work with consultancies and agencies, ranging from recruitment to engineering. In short, we specialise in supporting businesses who are providing complex services to a professional audience.

How quickly will I see results?

This depends entirely on the campaign you wish to embark on. Training courses with your team may deliver immediate effect, whereas a lead generation campaign can take longer, depending on the sector and activity. We will be committed to achieving effective results for your firm and will agree objectives and timescales with you before starting any campaigns.

What areas of marketing does your work cover?

As a consultancy with a flexible outsourced team, we can ensure any marketing strategies and tactics that you need help with are provided. Our core team holds specific skills in campaign management, copywriting, social media management, website creation, SEO, PR, and lead generation. On top of this, we can provide services such as client listening, video creation, web design, and more through our extended network.

Can you provide on-site consultancy?

Yes. We work flexibly, either from your offices, our own, or remotely – or a mixture of each.

Can you make telephone calls and send emails on behalf of my firm?

Lead generation campaigns are a central service we provide. We have a core team of experienced, professional individuals who can make phone calls and send emails on behalf of your firm. We can also help with sending campaign emails, client listening, following up on events and more. We work with you to create comprehensive resources, including call flows, to ensure that the outreach seamlessly reflects your firm.

How long does it take to get up and running?

As a flexible team, we can get activities set up very quickly and can adapt our resources to meet your timelines, depending on the size and scale of the activity.

We already have an in-house BD team, but we are looking for help on certain projects. Can you do this?

Yes, absolutely. We have successfully worked with many firms to help deliver campaigns that require additional expertise and resources at short notice.

What locations do you cover?

Our offices are based in the South West of England and in London, but we work with firms all over the UK. We have also delivered work internationally, should you require this.

Do you work with freelancers?

Contracts & Costs

Is there a minimum contract length?

To ensure the best results and relationships, we like to work with clients over the long term. Ideally, we prefer to agree a plan for 12 months or more, however, we understand that you might wish to trial the activity for 3 or 6 months initially.

How much do your services cost?

Our costs depend on the activity required, and we believe them to be competitive. We will agree with you beforehand what success looks like for the specific cost.

How do you measure results?

Where suitable, we supply weekly or monthly updates on campaigns with statistics and data that is based around agreed KPIs, as determined at the start of the campaign. We will discuss these with you on a regular basis to ensure the activity is on track and can be amended as necessary.
