The need

A small Bristol-based firm specialising in international law were looking for a consistent and reliable marketing resource to manage their website and social media, while implementing strategic changes that would improve performance.

The firm needed a team of digital marketers who were well versed in search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), Google Analytics, and copywriting to boost their online presence.

What we did

We have provided an expert team of copywriters to create engaging blogs and share articles on the firm’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages (and LI personal profiles), while also monitoring these channels at all times for messages, queries or recommendations. We also use these social platforms to promote events that the team have attended and spoken at. As well as this, we manage the website’s health, monitoring SEO and website performance through a regular Google Analytics review and report.

To boost the firm’s position on Google for specific search terms, we undertook in-depth keyword research to determine the most effective words and phrases. By utilising the Google Ads feature, we promoted and tracked the performance of these keywords, using PPC to increase engagement. Alongside this, we ensure that the firm’s Google My Business profile remains accessible, interactive and up to date.

Through our ongoing relationship with Google, we regularly liaise with our Account Manager to ensure we are continuing to apply best practice.

In addition to the website and social media management that we carry out for the firm, we work with graphic designers to create email templates, interactive graphics and newsletters for the firm.

The outcome

The firm now has a clear and consistent website and social media presence that is regularly updated. The firm also benefits from increased, relevant and active website traffic as a result of our successful SEO and PPC management.
