Caitlin Roxburgh
Director of Marketing, BD & Responsible Business
With almost 15 years of marketing experience following a first class degree in English Language and Linguistics, Caitlin has a range of strategic and technical experience. She has also developed a very strong understanding of communication and how to create engaging content for a range of audiences. She has applied this in Europe and South East Asia across a number of sectors with a special focus on technology, education, and professional services.
Caitlin has also achieved a Masters in Ethnicity and Multiculturalism where she chose to focus on representation, diversity, and inclusion in purpose made campaigns. She also studied human rights, including international criminal law, as well as volunteering as an advocate for victims of crime. She is now applying her academic learnings to enhance her role.

In addition to her role at TBDC, Caitlin is Founding Director of the charity Good Impact Group, connecting charities in need of professional support with expert marketing and business development volunteers.
