Charlotte brings over 25 years’ experience working with leading professional services firms across Europe, the US, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. A specialist in pursuits and strategic pitching, she has spent much of her career advising senior partners and cross-border leadership teams on how to win, grow and retain key client relationships. 

Alongside her pitch and proposal expertise, Charlotte’s background spans the full breadth of marketing, PR, communications and business development. She has led major global projects, served in multiple interim senior roles and delivered high-impact programmes covering thought leadership, reputation management, client targeting, and internal and external communications. She has supported firms including Deloitte, Linklaters and Dechert. 

With deep international experience and a strong commercial lens, she helps firms strengthen their market position, elevate their client engagement and deliver standout performance in their most important pursuits.
