Pauline has worked as a Global HR Director, HR Consultant, Executive Coach and Non-Executive Director at a strategic and operational level primarily within professional services environments, including Law, Accountancy, Engineering, Healthcare & Risk.  She is adept at operating both internationally and at the highest organisational levels, advising Boards, senior leaders and their teams. 

She has operated with a broad commercial remit and brings an excellent understanding of the complexities of the different business environments in which people work. She draws on her energy, drive and passion to become a trusted confidante and advisor by being honest, straight-talking, warm, pragmatic and practical in her style and approach.

Most of all, she’s a people champion. She recognises that although no one size fits all, support, balanced with a healthy challenge enables us to reach our full potential. She also helps her clients to prioritise wellbeing and balance in order to achieve peak performance.
